The fluid head compensation (STD) corrects dispensing conditions for stable dispensing, following the change of fluid head in syringe.
The electro-pneumatic regulator enables setting of discharging pressure to contribute to production time and achieves further stability in combination with the fluid head compensation.

CRANK MOTION HEAD
|

"i-PULSE D1" has adopted the original crank motion on head drive to reduce stress on the board. The Z-axis control of the crank motion has achieved high-speed dispensing at 0.12sec/shot.
